Years ago I used to blog daily. I would post a small thought, something that crossed my mind that day, every day. Thinking back, I really liked doing that and I might come back to this practice, maybe as my morning routine.
I don’t want to declare any new years resolutions for this year. Let’s be honest, they never work out and we fail.
This reminds me of wise words a mentor of mine, Margaret Pagel, shared with me. I was going into a director role at the company we were both working for (she was the VP of Sales and Marketing) and she said to me: “Make sure to set everyone you interact with up for success”.
This has been something that I’ve been trying to do at work and life since then; setting people up for success.
